Two buildings, at the intersections of Turk & Gough and Golden Gate & Franklin in San Francisco, are to be redeveloped into affordable senior apartments. Each building has an active mixed-use environment created with street oriented retail, central atrium lobby, and senior community facilities including a lounge, library, crafts room as well as several landscaped courtyards and terraces for outdoor activities. Twenty parking spaces are accommodated in each building as well as separate secure spaces for the City Car Share program.
