| This high density residential building addresses its waterfront location on San Francisco's Mission Creek with a series of landscaped courtyards. An urban street frontage is created on Berry Street with lofts, projecting bays and a multi-colored palette. Two levels of above grade parking are accomodated within a podium at the center of the site which allows the entire grade level perimeter to be developed with residential units and common spaces, thus accomplishing the urban design goals of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. |
